Hanwha Systems laser downs three drones in army exercise

Shows low-cost directed-energy interception maturing as a counter-drone option.

Hanwha Systems completed a Laser Anti-Aircraft Weapon drone interception demo, shooting down three drones at roughly 2,000 won ($1.48) per shot during an army exercise.
