Agility Robotics completes SPAC merger, begins Nasdaq trading as AGLT

First pure-play humanoid robotics firm to list publicly in the US.

Churchill Capital Corp XI shareholders approved the business combination, and Agility Robotics became the first US-listed pure-play humanoid robotics company, trading on Nasdaq under AGLT. Over 30 companies are evaluating its Digit robot.
