Agility Robotics completes SPAC merger, starts trading on Nasdaq as AGLT

First humanoid robot maker to list publicly in the US, a test of whether public markets will fund physical AI.

Churchill Capital Corp XI shareholders approved the business combination, and Agility Robotics became the first US-listed pure-play humanoid robotics company. Digit production is set for Kansas, with over 30 companies evaluating the robot.
