Export controls and Beijing's approval slowdown shape how much Nvidia compute China can actually deploy.

Nvidia H200 and RTX chips are stockpiling in Hong Kong as Beijing slows import approvals while pushing domestic silicon. Chinese clients reportedly get about 1% of $70 billion in RTX chips ordered.
