A top-tier Chinese open-weight model with vision and computer-use capabilities expands the open frontier.

Tencent released Hy4, a foundation model it says joins the top tier of Chinese open-weight AI systems, with vision and computer-use capabilities; Tencent is also reportedly preparing a consumer AI search engine.
