Snowflake launches AI agent governance and background bot tools

Governance and background agents are becoming table stakes for enterprise data platforms.

At Expedition 2026, Snowflake added AI agent governance tools, business context for its agentic platform and always-on CoCo and CoWork bots for background work. It also detailed serverless fine-tuning for open-weight LLMs. ServiceNow also expanded Nvidia AI governance with Arc.
