Apple Intelligence launches in China with iOS 27.3, powered by Alibaba's Qwen

Apple bringing AI to iPhones in China via Qwen unlocks its largest market after a long delay.

Apple confirmed Apple Intelligence will arrive in China with iOS 27.3, using Alibaba's Qwen models. A beta starts November 4, with the full release later; Apple Intelligence may head toward paid tiers in 2027.
