Nvidia in talks to backstop Nscale debt for Anthropic data center

Nvidia is moving from selling chips to underwriting the credit behind AI compute buildouts.

Nvidia is negotiating billions in credit guarantees for Nscale's debt tied to a 460-megawatt data center Anthropic plans to use. The deal is not signed and terms could change.
