OpenAI gives ChatGPT Pro, Business subscribers up to $500 monthly API credits

Bundling API credits into subscriptions pushes OpenAI's assistant and developer platforms closer together.

OpenAI now grants eligible ChatGPT Pro and Business subscribers up to $500 a month in expiring API credits, mirroring Anthropic's benefit for Max and Team plans; usage limits also return to normal.
