Tencent says upcoming Hunyuan Hy4 and Hy4 Flash add visual understanding

Tencent's flagship model adding visual understanding signals multimodal catch-up among Chinese labs.

Tencent's Dowson Tong said the full Hy4 and Hy4 Flash models will arrive soon with visual understanding, improving on the August Hy4 preview. Tencent also launched WorkBuddy agent across its office apps.
