OpenAI lets users text its always-on Dots agent

Moving an always-on agent into SMS lowers the barrier to everyday AI use.

OpenAI's Dots is an always-on AI agent users can message to get tasks done. It now works over text messages, and OpenAI teased a European rollout at its Berlin DevDay, where it also pitched a developer platform.
