AWS launches TorchNeuron to port PyTorch apps to Trainium

Open porting tools could loosen CUDA's lock on PyTorch workloads and boost non-Nvidia accelerators.

AWS released TorchNeuron, open-source tooling that lets developers run PyTorch AI applications on its Trainium chips without rewriting code. Google followed with TorchTPU as chipmakers challenge Nvidia's CUDA software moat.
