Broadcom arranges $63B financing for Anthropic AI chips

One of the largest AI infrastructure financings, tying Anthropic's compute to Broadcom silicon and bank debt.

Wall Street banks including Bank of America, Citi, Morgan Stanley and Blackstone lined up $63 billion to finance Broadcom chips for Anthropic. SpaceX reportedly gets $120.5B from Anthropic as it borrows another $40B.
