Amazon gives Trainium3 native PyTorch support

Native PyTorch on Trainium3 strengthens AWS's challenge to Nvidia in AI training.

Amazon added native PyTorch support, TorchTitan and profiling tools to Trainium3, pitching the chip as viable for training, not just inference, per SemiAnalysis and Crypto Briefing.
