ISTA-DASLab releases GSQ-RCO 2-bit GGUFs of DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash

Quantized GGUF builds of DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash-1017 using ISTA-DASLab's GSQ-RCO smart quantization, including an abliterated variant. Users report 2-bit quality matching the base model; llama.cpp does not yet support the architecture.
