Short sellers make $6B as neoclouds slide on AI debt fears

Investor nerves over AI buildout debt are starting to hit the neocloud companies renting out GPUs.

Short sellers have pocketed about $6 billion in unrealized profits as neocloud stocks fell on concerns about AI-related debt. Zadara also won Nvidia AI Cloud Ready validation, and Crusoe planned an AI cloud deployment at Paraguay's Itaipú Dam.
