Amazon opens AWS Trainium chips to PyTorch via TorchNeuron

Loosens Nvidia's CUDA lock-in by cutting the cost of switching AI workloads to Amazon's own silicon.

TorchNeuron lets PyTorch developers run existing AI code on AWS Trainium chips with virtually no changes, Amazon says, lowering the barrier to adopting its Nvidia alternative.
