Google adds MCP support to Apigee hybrid 1.17.0

Apigee hybrid 1.17.0 adds native Model Context Protocol support, letting the MCP data plane run inside a user's own Kubernetes cluster so AI agent traffic and tool execution stay on their infrastructure.
